Here is Brian's most recent progress from P90X. He insisted this time that I post them, because he didn't think the last ones were all that impressive.

I was wondering if he was still doing it. I noticed more in his face in your last post that he had lost some more weight. I did the P90x for about a week before I found out I was pregnant again. I think that is what I am going to do after I have the baby this time.

my next door neighbor has this system and burned me copies. is it hard? because i've heard people cry using it. :(

mike just bought that! i will have to show him these so he has some motivation!( Not that spending $100 for it would be motivation enough)
